Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include original packaging when possible

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us before returning any item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Products returned outside the return period


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
